So we know who to send the referral money to!
We will monitor anyone who comes to our site from that link.

Anytime we get a signup, we check to see if that user ever visited the site from a referral link. The first referral link that user used gets awarded the $200.
If the user never used a referral link, we also ask them if anyone referred them to our site. If they name you, you still get paid!
